For committed clubs in North Rhine-Westphalia, we build a modern website at no cost that reaches people and makes your engagement visible. We only award a few spots per round.

What is this about?

Many clubs do great work — but often lack a modern website.

With the Tuemedia IT club funding program, we support selected clubs in modernizing their online presence — clear, fast, and professional.

We offer these websites free of charge because this both supports local clubs in NRW and helps us build real reference projects. It is a fair collaboration with mutual benefit: the club gets a strong presence and we showcase our work transparently on real projects.

Why a modern website is important for your club

A good website helps you make your club visible and organize everyday tasks more easily.

Who can apply?

Requirements

  • Registered association (e.V.)
  • Based in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)
  • At least 30 active members
  • Active club life (e.g., events, training, meetups)
  • No website or a clearly outdated website

Collaboration

To make the project work well for both sides, we look forward to:

  • A dedicated contact person within the club
  • Timely feedback, ideally within 3 working days
  • Texts, images, and club information as a shared foundation

It is important to us that we carry the project together and give the website the necessary attention on both sides. This creates a presence that authentically represents your club and has a lasting impact.

What's included?

  • Creation of a modern, responsive website
  • Custom design tailored to the club
  • Implementation with high-performance web technology (e.g., static site)
  • Hosting & deployment of the website

Typical scope

1–5 pages (e.g., homepage, about us, contact, etc.)

Larger projects are possible if they fit the funding framework and are realistically achievable.

Maintenance & changes

Your website runs as a fast static site — deliberately without a CMS and without complex administration.

  • Content is maintained via a simple structure, e.g., through GitHub or clearly prepared files
  • Small changes such as text, dates, or contact persons can be adjusted by you
  • There is no classic “login and click” like a CMS — instead the site stays lean and fast

Support from Tuemedia IT

If questions arise, we are happy to support you with small adjustments.

Major rebuilds, new features, or regular maintenance are not included in the funding and can be planned separately if needed.

Terms of participation

For a fair and successful partnership, we wish for the following framework points:

🌐 Visibility

  • A note in the footer, e.g., “Website by Tuemedia IT” (with link), is welcome
  • Optionally, the Tuemedia IT logo may also appear in the footer
  • If you list sponsors/partners, we appreciate being mentioned as a sponsor/partner

📸 Reference & usage

  • We may showcase the website as a reference project
  • We may use screenshots for our website, social media, and portfolio

🗣️ Club communication

  • A brief mention of Tuemedia IT at a member meeting would be appreciated
  • If available: a mention in the club newsletter

Legal & notes

  • Content is provided and managed by the club
  • No liability for content, legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, imprint), and technical outages
  • No claim for maintenance, support, or further development

Duration

We give you the perspective that the website will remain online long-term and will continue to be hosted free of charge.

However, the website must remain online for at least 12 months so the funding fulfills its purpose and we can both benefit from the collaboration.

Limited funding slots

To implement each project with the necessary care, we support only about 3 to 5 clubs in NRW per year.

After your application, we review club activity, regional impact, and how well the project fits our funding framework.

Our focus is deliberately on quality over quantity — so each selected club receives a website that truly fits and is used long term.
